The Odeon Hotel Project is a renovation of one of the oldest 8-story buildings in the Yaowarat district of Bangkok, Thailand, with an estimated age of approximately 80 years.

FORM Structure has been involved in this project from the early stages, including in-depth structural inspection and testing using specialized equipment, as well as structural retrofit design and the preparation of construction drawings.

Modern technologies such as LiDAR scanning were employed to capture high-accuracy point cloud data of the existing building, while BIM (Building Information Modeling) was utilized to manage and coordinate drawings, details, and structural modifications efficiently throughout the project.
